The size of this baby is perfect for tactical,or woods use.The grip and deployment is excellent. The blade shape works awesome for precise slicing.A little heavy for EDC but is fine for most,Thumb stud is a little sharp but is fast for hands without gloves.Thump ramp and shape are very comfortable.Swedge is good for penetration during stabbing.Great knife highly recommend it!!!!!!You cant' go wrong with this excellent knife.LOVE IT two thumbs up!

D2 steel " thats some tuff stuff" |

Awesome knife, the fit and finish are excellent, almost perfect balance. The only downfall isn't much of one at all but the D2 blade takes a pretty aggressive effort to sharpen, but will hold a edge much longer than my other Benchmade knives made of 154CM. It also seems very resistant to corrosion despite not having any coating. Plus the price is very reasonable for the kind of high quality you receive.

EXCELLENT KNIFE |

This is the best pocket knife I have ever owned. It opens one handed very smoothly. I use the spyderco sharpener to dress the blade and the D2 steel sharpens to an extremely sharp edge. I carried a 705 for several years that was made from 154cm. The D2 steel holds an edge better. I carry one knife every day and use it very hard. This is a very well built knife.

I have beaten the living hell out of this knife (actually, the slightly older model with the 154CM blade), and it has taken every bit of abuse with ease. I have issues sharpening it, but this is due to my lack of skill and patience, not any problem with the blade. Highly recommended.
