BM 670 aparition May 31, 2008 Reviewer: Carl Ballow from Salina, UT United States   I recently purchased this knife and I recieved a few days ago I am very pleased with the assisted opening feature and the ability to remove that feature  at will.  I am very pleased with the lockup and the handle fill is great the only complaint I have is that the thumb stud is not able to be removed and swithed for a left handed user but that is a small inconvience that I am will to deal with.  All in all it is one of the best benchmades I have ever owned. Great Knife...Hand filler April 4, 2008 Reviewer: Merlin Williams from Winlock, WA United States   I bought one of these on a pre-release order and waited 10 months for it.  It was worth the wait.  I like the nice hand-filling handle and the grooves in the scales help you hang on to it.  It has a very solid feel and a nice, quick assisted open.  Smooth.  I travel a bit and assisted opening knives are not legal everywhere.  A couple of seconds with the provided tool and you can carry it anywhere.   Almost too nice for a carry knife, but its a worker.
