This knife was one of my first Benchmade purchases.Size, weight, and blade shape are perfect for slicing and dicing! The grind is excellent.handles have good grip,if hands get wet a little slippery though.I like the deployment, even with thin gloves on.For the price its a great knife. You can't go wrong. It's not a sexy knife but its a workhorse. One and a half thumbs up!

I first saw this knife in a Field & Stream article, and later purchased it. It is an outstanding knife, I adore the Axis lock, it's far superior to any liner lock. Fits great in the hand, as suggested by the name. VERY sharp, if given some quality time with a Spyderco Tri-Angle Sharpmaker, which I also highly recommend. Also, this knife is great for lefties, as the lock is ambidextrous, and the pocket clip can be attached to either side.
