Ceramics August 4, 2008 Reviewer: Steve Brown from North Las Vegas, NV United States   These blades are so hard they cannot be sharpened with normal sharpening tools; they must be sent to a factory authorized sharpener. The price is reasonable and the knife holds an edge much longer than steel. Construction is great; smooth bearings allow opening with a flick of the wrist. Was this review helpful to you?
