This is the best knife you can buy for the money. We all know the advantages of the tip up double flipper models.
I carry it, I abuse it, more than I let on in my Triumph review. I swim with it. I prepare meals, cut romex, drywall and I sharpen it, a lot. I have some chips in the serrations and dings in the blade, but it is a work knife. The deployment speed is great. I would use this as my one and only; no questions asked.
If CRKT would do a limited run with D2 or S30V, I would buy 4 at $150 each. The knife is that good. CRKT, please stop using AUS-8 and marketing it as premium. You are the best thing going in production knives today. Give me some premium steel, the market is there.
