OSS, Great value! September 2, 2010 Reviewer: Dan Daniel from Morongo Valley, CA United States   Received the Cold Steel OSS knife today, it is truly a Great knife and a Great value! It is VERY sharp on dominant edge and has a sharpness that I would call commercial on top edge, it took me less than 10 minutes to have both edges sharp enough to shave with. This knife seems to have very good handling, the sheath is also very nice and high tech, however if you do push knife fully into it (it clicks), it then does take some effort to pull it out. I have read several negatives on different blog site in regard to The Blade Shop, but all I can say is that for me the service was great and my item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time (8 business days), I will make other purchases from this company since they do offer high quality products at a VERY low price and service is very good. Great Knife at a Great Price December 28, 2009 Reviewer: D. Orth from Saginaw, AL United States   This is a serious fighting knife and would serve anyone needing a good fighting knife well.  It was almost razor sharp out of the box and only took a few passes on a set of Crock Sicks to make it razor sharp.   The only draw back to this knife is that it is hard to pull from the sheath.  I'd like to see Cold Steel use plastic belt attachments with their concealex sheaths instead of nylon.  When secured to my MOLLE vest it draws out much easier.  Overall a great knife and a great price.
