I've had mine for a year or so now, & before ordering it, I'd never inspected, Or held one ... Let me tell you, They dont call it "Wristreaker" For nothing !!! It was originally designed to be used on horseback, Where men wanted all the sword they coud even BEGIN to manage, With one hand ... But NEVER FEAR, Because on my own, I have discovered the KEY, To FULL MASTERY & CONTROL over this massive weapon, & that is a long swordknot, Of 1/2 inch braided nylon, Through the handguard, When gripped at the knot, By the left hand, The WORK of managing the weapons HEFT, Becomes distributed over both hands, Thats right, It immediately becomes a deadly twohander, With flex & whip capabilities you COULD NEVER GET, From a bastard, Or a longsword, With the option of going back onehanded available to you ANYTIME !!! I couldnt IMAGING myself better armed, Short of carrying a firearm .. & I dont kid myself at all, About how much longer I can depend on having those around ...

This is a great saber at a wonderful price! The Cold Saber is one of the highest quality I have found after researching which company I was going to purchase. The saber is for the most part historically accurate with some minor exceptions such as blade width. The blade also comes historically sharpened meaning it is only sharpened about a third of the way down the blade from the point. (leaving the bottom 2/3's for parrying). The Blade Shop was a perfect dealer who sent my order out in a timely manner and the product was a top notch high quality saber. It looks great on the sword belt with a Cavalry Uniform! I would definatley purchase from The Blade Shop if I ever needed another sword or saber.
