Keep 'em factory sharp January 13, 2009 Reviewer: Bill Clancy from Bagram AFB Afghanistan   I had the tougest time keeping my knives sharp until I got one of these kits. Now people ask me to sharpen knives for them. One of the best investments I've ever made. The ultra hone (An excessory) puts a final polish on the blade that is just amazing.
