Gator w/ Gut Hook December 29, 2008 Reviewer: Judson Quicksall III from Temple, TX United States   Overall very good knife, will take an excellent edge with a little sharpening, but performs well at field dressing fame and other tasks. I also love the sheath- it has belt loops that allow it to be worn horizontally or vertically. In spite of these positive elements, my recommendation would be the Gator II package with the separate gut hook, mainly for safety reasons. It would be quite easy for the exposed blade to accidentally cut the user while using the gut hook. Was this review helpful to you?
