Great value, surprisingly functional |

This little guy is surprisingly heavy for it's size, although this does not imply quality. It works flawlessly, but here are the down sides (none of which warrant a "don't buy"):
- comes with no holder/sheath, but you wouldn't use it anyway
- cheaply stamped patent # on the side
- locking slide is very hard to move-even after lots of oil & work
- the blade 'wiggles' when fully extended
- made in Taiwan (but what isn't?)
- blade release took a LOT of work to be smooth
A tremendous value, and I plan to get one for all my friends at Christmas! (as long as they are still under $30 each!)

Update: After a few weeks, the slide lock now fails to prevent the release button from being depressed. In other words, you can close the blade now with the blade 'locked'. I can't see where this would be a problem for someone, but I thought I'd just let you know...
